Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: ७ Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: Nrs 3,16,93,000/- ७ Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Construction of atleast one (1) RCC frame structure building of amount Nrs 1,05,65,000/- (without VAT) 2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 3, Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Sadhbhanjyang, Dhading, 4. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs on 2083-06-29 at the office of Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Sadhbhanjyang, Dhading. Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8.
