Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in ITB Clause 4 (Eligible Bidders). Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Cleaning Services under National competitive bidding — Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on September 24, 2026 at the office of Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology, Chitlang, Thaha Municipality Ward 9, Bagmati Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NPR 80,000.00 (NPR Eightythousand only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. January 22, 2027)
