Dhulikhel Municipality, Kavrepalanchok invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Kalche-Thulitar-Badalgaun Road at Dhulikhel Municipality-Ward No. 08, 09 and 11 under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: ७ Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 , years: NRs, 2,58,96,000 (Two crore fifty-eight lakh ninety-six thousand rupees only) ¢ Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Participation as Prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, within the last ten (10) years with a value of at least NRs. 1,38,11,000 (One crore thirty-eight lakh eleven thousand rupees only), that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works. 3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. ॥ 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office Hall of Dhulikhel Municipality, Kavrepalanchok at 2083/05/18 at 13:00 hrs. 7. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Kavrepalanchok through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs on 2083/05/29, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2083/05/29 at 12:30 hrs at the office of Dhulikhel Municipality, Kavrepatanchok, Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 8,63,200 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (2083/09/27). 9. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
