iY y ICAEW 2) CHARITABLE — TRUSTS THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF NEPAL Notice of Interview - ICAEW Foundation Building Futures Bursary (Foundation Level) Date: 14 October 2026 This is to inform all concerned that the shortlisted applicants listed below for the ICAEW Foundation Building Futures Bursary at the Foundation Level are invited for interview as per the schedule below. Interview Schedule ० Date: 1 November 2026 (2083/07/15), Sunday ० Time: 7:30 AM onwards, as per the time slot allotted to each applicant in the list below = Venue: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), Head Office, Satdobato, Lalitpur Applicants are requested to report at the venue at least 15 minutes before their allotted time slot. Documents Required for Verification Applicants must bring the originals and one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents: 1. Academic documents: marksheets/transcripts and character certificates of SEE, 10+2 (or equivalent) and Bachelor's if applicable. 2. Income recommendation letter: a recommendation letter from the concerned Local Government clearly stating the annual income of the applicant's family. A letter that does not state the annual family income will be treated as non-disclosure of income. 3. Citizenship certificate. 4. Proof of public/government/community school (if applicable): a document confirming that 10+2 or Bachelor’s was completed from 94 public/government/community school/college. Applicants who studied in a private (institutional) school do not need to submit this document, and not submitting it will not disqualify their application. 5. Disability (if applicable): Disability Identity Card or recommendation letter from the concerned Local Government. 6. Marginalized community (if applicable): identity card or recommendation letter from the concerned Local Government certifying that the applicant belongs to a marginalized community (Dalit, Chepang, Raute, Kusunda, Bankariya, Surel, Kisan, Meche, Raji, Hayu, or others as applicable). 7. Extracurricular activities (if any): certificates of achievement or participation in sports, music, dance or other extracurricular activities, or of membership/volunteer work in a social association. 8. Any other relevant supporting documents.
