The duly completed form, along with all required supporting documents, must be submitted to the Examination Section no later than 2083/07/13 (B.S.), between 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. This notice has been issued for the information and necessary action of all concerned. Required Documents: ० Photocopy of the CMAT Score Sheet- 2026. ० Photocopy of Character Certificate and Academic Transcript/Score Sheet of both SEE and +2 levels. e Letter from the concerned Local Authority certifying that the educational institution attended is Government or Community based. ० Photocopy of the document identifying inclusive/reservation category, if applicable. ० Photocopy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate/Birth Certificate.
