Government of Nepal has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of Supply and Delivery of Normal Laptop and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Normal Laptop (NP-OAGN-577953-GO-REFB) Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. 2. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours (local time) on 2083/08/11 BS at the Office of the Auditor General, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPRs. 7,80,000.00 (In words: Seven Lakh Eighty Thousand Rupees only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8. If the last date of submission and opening of bids falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
