Rastriya Prasaran Grid Company Limited (RPGCL) has allocated towards the cost of Mewa-Changhe (Dhungesanghu) 132kV Transmission Line Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 132kV Bay Extension & Associated Underground Cabling Work at Dhungesanghu Substation. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document. 2. RPGCL invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of two number of 132kV Bay extension at Dhungesanghu substation through Design and Build Contract under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) - Single Stage Tio Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: © Minimum Average Annual Construction Tumover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs. 180 Million. ७ Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: One project with the value of NRs. 108 Million. 3. Bidders have to submait their bid electronically Under the Single Stage: Twwo Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing: (0) the Technical Bid and the other ii) _ the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 22 of the Bidding Document. 4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the amount of NRs.10,000 for cost of bidding document in the account as specified below. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon 2083/02/29. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. $. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2083/02/29 at the office of Rastriya Prasaran Grid Company Limited office, BPC Building, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date fixed for the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NPR mention above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (ie. 2083/07/22) 9. Ifthe last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 10. RPGCL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for RPGCL’s action.
