INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS (First date of publication: 17th September 2026) Description of works: NMB Bank Limited invites sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) on Private Cloud for Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) Site of the Bank. The bidders can obtain the RFP document on submission of written application and upon payment of Non-Refundable deposit fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand only) in the account number 00901371300114 (Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account). Sealed Tender Bids consist of Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals as described in the “RFP Document” as per the schedule given below: S.N. Activity Date/Venue The duly completed Bid/RFP Documents must be submitted to address below with Technical and Financial Proposals separately Submission of sealed and stamped properly on or before 5:00 PM on 21 1. Sealed Tender Bids Days (i.e. 7th October 2026) from the date of publication of this notice. In case of public holiday, Bids can be submitted in next working day. A. The bidder must be a legally registered company under the applicable laws of their respective country. B. The bidder must be registered with the tax authority of their respective country, such as possessing a valid PAN or VAT registration. C. The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in providing private cloud infrastructure or managed data center services within Nepal. Proof of such experience must be submitted. D. The bidder must have an annual turnover exceeding or equivalent amounting to NPR 200 million in fiscal year 2081/82 or latest. Audited financial statements must be submitted. E. The bidder must not be currently blacklisted by any government body or financial institution in Nepal or in the country where it is domiciled. F. Eligible bidders should submit all the documents outlined in the RFP document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the bid submitted by the bidder. G. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever. H.
