Invitation for Bids Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj Invitation for Bids for Procurement of Procurement of Scopes Contract Identification No: TUTH/NCB/P1/M-084, 2083-084 Date of publication: BS 2083/04/12 (28th July,2026) 1. The Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj invites Electronic bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Procurement of Scopes under National competitive bidding – Single Stage One Envelope procedures. 2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of TUTH or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account of TUTH as specified below. Teaching Hospital Office Account no.: 0390994113500019 4. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2083.04.21 at 11:00 AM in General Administration "ka". 5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00, daytime, 2083.05.02 B.S. (18th Aug, 2026). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 PM 2083/05/02 at the office of TUTH, Maharajgunj. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs.2,50,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 2083/08/29 B.S. (15th Dec., 2026). 7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday1 applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8. Bidder must submit original Voucher of cost of bidding document and bid security guarantee or voucher during bid opening. 1 In case of electronic bid invitation, purchaser shall extend the deadline as required in the e-GP system.
