शहीदनगर नगरपालिका Shahidnagar Municipality E& नगर कार्यपालिकाको कार्यालय Office of the Municipal Executive sind & ‘Yad & ha पत्र संख्या :- २०८३/०८४ wrest wert UP ies i lL प्रदेश, नेपाल (Madhesh Province, Nepal) ०७३१ Date of publication: 2083/05/03 (19/08/2026) Invitation for Bids No: SNM/NCB/WORKS/01/2083-84 | Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha , Nepal has allocated funds from GoN towards the cost of Installation of Drinking water Hand Pumps Within shahidnagar Municipaliy and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for SNM/NCB/WORKS/01/2083/084 Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document. 2.Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha , Nepal invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Installation of Drinking water Hand Pumps Within shahidnagar Municipaliy under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures, Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: *Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 1,94,13,,000.00 *Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: One number of Project Completed and with a value of NRs 1,03,54,000.00 3.Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. Or Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically, Bidders arc required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 4.Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha , Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 5. Bidders shall submit their bids electronically . The bidding documents for electronic submission may be downloaded free of cost from the e-Government Procurement ( ¢-GP) System of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office PPMO’s ¢-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp at no cost 6.Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha , Nepal at 2083/05/16 (01/09/2026) 7.Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the offi ¢ Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha , Nepal by hand/courier or through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2083/08/24 ( 09/09/2026) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected 8.The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM 2083/05/24(09/09/2026) at the office of Shahidnagar Municipality , Office of The Municipal executive , Yadukuha, Dhanusha + Nepalj Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of c-bid, amounting to ७ minimum of NRs 7,76,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid 2083/09/23(07/01/2027). 9.1f the last date of purchasing and,/or submission falls on a government holiaay, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
