Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. Whereas under the Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit mandatory documents and price bid in one Sealed Envelope as per the provision of ITB 18 of the Bidding Document. 3. Complete set of Bidding Documents shall be purchased from Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality, Parsa by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the account as specified above till 2083/07/09 during office hours or Eligible Bidders can also download the Bidding Documents from the Website of PaterwaSugauli Rural Municipality Office, Parsa i.e.www.paterwasugaulimun.gov.np 4. Sealed bids (Hard Copy) must be submitted to Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality Office, Parsa on or before 12:00 P.M. on 2083/07/10. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 5. If the last date of purchasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 6. The office reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
