The Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences invites (Hard copy) sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Items for MBAHS, Hetauda Hospital under National competitive bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. The Goods and Related Services are grouped in 2 (Two) packages. Bidders shall have the option of submitting Bids for one, any combination, or all of the packages. Packages shall not be further sub- divided for the purpose of bidding. Bidders may also offer discounts/ cross discounts. Bids will be evaluated on each package basis and contract will be awarded based on least cost of each package. Further, Bids on partial item in packages is not permitted. 2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document. 3. A complete set of Hard copy of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences and the office Bagmati Province Hetauda , Central Office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs.3000.00 till 2083/07/19(Thursday 5th November 2026) during office hours in the accordance as specified below. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences at 2083/07/10 (Monday 26th October 2026) 6. Sealed hard copy bids must be submitted to the office Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences by hand/courier on or before 12:00 on 2083/07/20(Friday 6th November 2026) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 2083/07/20(Friday 6th November 2026) at the office Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs.81,000/ - for Package I and Rs.75,000/ - for PackageII which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 22ndFalgun, 2083 (Saturday, 6 March 2027) 8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday1 applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 9.
