Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders. 2. Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Construction of the works in the table below, under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope Electronic Bids) procedures. 3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at Office of Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Muniipaliy, Atrpu, ‘Sindhupaichowk, Nepal, or may visit PPMO website www bolpatra.gov.np/egp, 4. Bidders can submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for ¢-submission from PPMO’s ¢-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp at no cost. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality-4, Attarpur, Sindhupalchowk, at 13:00 HRs on 2083/05/04 (20th Aug 2026). 6, Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . on of before 12:00 HRs on 2083/05/11 (27th Aug 2026). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 HRs on 2083/05/11 (27th Aug 2026) at the office of Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, Attarpur, Sindhupalchowk. E-Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (Le., 2083/09/1 1(26th Dec 2026)) 8. Ifthe last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
