The bidder(s) are required to submit two separate sealed envelopes, one envelope containing (i) the Technical Bid (including key qualifications, experience, financial resources and technical proposal) and the other envelope (ii) the Price Bid (bill of quantities and financial quotation), both in turn enclosed in one sealed. 2. The bid security document or any other document related to financial bid shall be incorporated only in price bid. 3. The bidder(s) to submit the notarized copy of documents marked as “copy” along with the original bid documents in separate form of Financial and Technical Bid. 4. The bidders(s) should meet the eligibility and qualification criteria as mentioned in bid documents. Eligible bidders many obtain further information at Registrar’s Office, Kathmandu University. 5. A complete set of bid documents may be purchased from General Administration, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel by eligible bidders on the submission of written application along with duly attested copy of valid company/firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, tax clearance certificate and original bank voucher of payment of non-refundable fee as mentioned in the table above. 6. The bidder(s) should have completed at least two buildings projects at least 650 sq.m plinth area each in the last 5 years, 7. The bidder(s) should present the evidence of average annual turnover of minimum NPR 100 million for the best 3 years over last 5 years, 8. Sealed bids to be submitted to Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel before or on aforementioned date. Documents received after this deadline will be rejected. 9. Technical and Price Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14.00 hours on November 24, 2026 at C.V, Raman Mini-Auditorium Hall, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel, Kavre. 10. Bids must be valid for minimum 90 days from the bid issue date. 11, If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day. In such case the bid validity and bid security shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline. 12. Bidder(s) are advised to conduct site visit and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid. 13.
