A new firm established by any person or manager of a firm or company that is blacklisted according to PPA will be ineligible to submit bids. 7. Bidders shall deposit the Bid Document Fee on the respective Bank A/C including name of Firm and Contract ID in bank deposit slip. Bidders can also deposit the Bid Document Fee on the Account Section of Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality Office located at Takukot, Gorkha. In that such case, Bidders shall upload the revenue receipt instead of bank voucher. 8.
