वी.पी.कोइराला स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठान धरानको कोटेशन माग गरिएको सूचना । ( सूचना प्रकाशित मिति:२०८३०७११) यस प्रतिष्ठानको Medical Record Section मा हाल प्रयोगमा रहेको Software मा तपशिलमा उल्लेख भए बमोजिम थप mis सृजना हुने गरी Develop TIT भएकोले व्यवसाय (फर्म) दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र, मु.अ.कर दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र, आ.व. २०८१/०८२ को कर चुक्ताको प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिहरू संलग्न गरी यो सुचना प्रकाशित मितिले ५ (पाँच) दिन भित्र कोटेशन पेश गर्नुहुन सुचित गरिन्छ । माग गरिएको कोटेशन तोकिएको म्याद भित्र प्रतिष्ठानको दर्ता, चलानी फाँटमा दर्ता गर्नुहुन वा [email protected] AT email AHA पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ । 1.
