The Management Division DOHS invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Vaccine for Hajj Pilgrims under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages/lots as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done for each package/lot, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser. 2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Management Division (MD), Department of Health Services, Teku, Kathmandu on GoN official working days from the date of IFB publication between office hours or, may visit: https://dohs.gov.np 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Department of Health Services Management Division Teku, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 during office hours till October 29 2026 and till 12:00 Hrs on October 30 2026 in the account as specified below. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Meeting Hall of Management Division DOHS Teku Kathmandu at 11:00 Hr on October 13, 2026 5. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal by hand on or before 12:00 Hour on October 30, 2026. Bids received after this deadline shall be rejected. 6. Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 13:00 Hour on October, 30 2026 at the office of Department of Health Services, Management Division, Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal. 7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NPR 200,000.00 for Package-1 Meningococcal Vaccine and NPR 46,000.00 for Package-2 Influenza Vaccine which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. February 27, 2027). (In case of cash deposit the bid security must be deposited in Account No: 1700100102030000 Account Name KA-2-3 Dharuati A/C Ko.Le.Ni.Ka in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Teku Kathmandu) 8. The last date of purchasing and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline. 9. The name and identification of the contracts (packages/Lots) are Package-1 and Package-2. 10. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the DOHS reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
