Sealed Bids must be addressed to the General Administration Department and submitted in person on or before 23rd September, 2026 during business hours. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the final submission date. The Bid opening date will be communicated to the participating Bidders through email.
