NIC ASIA Bank Limited invites sealed Bids from competent Firm/Company for Procurement of MySQL Enterprise Edition License for Mobile Banking. Interested Companies/Firms can obtain the Bid Document from the Bank’s General Administration Department, located on the 3rd Floor of the Registered Office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, upon payment of a non-refundable Bid document fee of NPR 5,000.00 (NPR Five Thousand Only) to the Bank account specified below. Bank: NIC ASIA Bank A/C Name: Miscellaneous Income A/C No.: 00983655241001 Eligibility/ Criteria: e Bidder must be a legally registered entity under the applicable laws of Nepal. ० Bidder must have proven experience in providing MySQL licenses to at least two (2) organizations in Nepal preferably to Banks and Financial Institutions (BFls). e Bidder must have an annual turnover of at least NPR 10 million during the Fiscal Year 2081/82 (or the latest audited fiscal year). ० Bidder must possess a valid authorization or partnership certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or the concerned technology stakeholder, permitting them to deliver the MySQL services in Nepal. Bid document must be addressed to General Administration Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 12th November 2026 in the prescribed format. Bid documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the last date. Financial Bid opening date shall be notified to the participating bidders through email.
