Request for Sealed Bids NIC ASIA Bank Limited invites sealed bids from eligible firms/companies/interested bidders for the relocation and auction of ATMs at various locations as specified in the Bid Document. Interested bidders may purchase the Bid Document from the General Administration Department, 3" Floor, Corporate Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, upon payment of a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of NPR 3,000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand Only). The Bid Document Fee shall be deposited into the following Bank Account: Bank : NIC ASIA Bank Limited A/C Name : Miscellaneous Income A/C No. : 00983655241001 The Bid Document Fee may be deposited through any branch of NIC ASIA Bank Limited. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ० Bidders should have at least 3 years of company/firm registration. ० Bidders should have annual turnover of at least of NPR 10 Million during the FY 2081/82. ० In case of bidder interested to bid for ATMs shifting/relocation service, bidders should have experience of ATM shifting of at least 20 units in last 3 years. Sealed Bids must be addressed to the General Administration Department and submitted in person on or before 307 September, 2026 during business hours. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the final submission date. The Bid opening date will be communicated to the participating Bidders through email.
