RE-NOTICE : EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION DEADLINE Invitation for Application for Auction of Residual Spectrum in 800 MHz Band First Publication Date : 25 August 2026 (09 Bhadra 2083 BS) Re-Notice Publication Date : 09 October 2026 (23 Asoj 2083 BS) Nepal Telecommunications Authority (the "Authority"), pursuant to the provisions of the Telecommunication Regulations, 2054, and the Radio Frequency (Allocation and Pricing) Policy for Telecommunication Services, 2080 (the "Policy"), hereby invites applications from interested prospective Applicants (Licensees) for the assignment of rights to use the residual spectrum in the 800 MHz band through a competitive bidding process (the "Auction"). This Re- Notice has been issued to notify that the last date for submission of the Pre-Qualification Bid has been extended by 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this Re-Notice. Interested Applicants may obtain the Bid Document and further information from the Authority's office or website. All terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and instructions specified in the original invitation notice and the Bid Document remain unchanged.
