In the future, if the domestic terminal building expansion/renovation work begins and a situation arises where the boards needs to be relocated for any reason, the selected bidder shall relocate the boards to a location designated by the civil aviation office at the bidder's own expense. 8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the orisinal last date of bid submission. 9.
