Eligible bidders may obtain further information on bidding documents at the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jamunbari, Jnapa or website www.kankaimun.gov.np. 3. For NCB Works: Complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jnapa by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate and upon payment of non-refundable bid documents fee of NRs. 3,000 till 2083 Kartik 11 during office hours. 4. For SQ Works: Complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jnapa by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate and upon payment of non-refundable bid document fee of NRs. 1,000 till 2083 Ashoj 28 during office hours. 5. For NCB Works: Sealed must be submitted to the office Kanakai Municipality, Jhapa by hand or hulak before 12 PM on 2083 Kartik 12. Bids receive after this deadline will be rejected. 6. For SQ Works: Sealed must be submitted to the office Kanakai Municipality, Jnapa by hand or hulak before 12 PM on 2083 Ashoj 29. Bids receive after this deadline will be rejected. 7. For NCB Works: The bid will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 PM on 2083 Kartik 12 at the office of Kanakai Municipality, Jnapa. Bid must be valid for 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by the bid security which shall be valid for 30 days es 4 the validityof the bid i.e. upto 2083 Falgun 13. Bid must be valid for 45 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by the bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid i.e. upto 2083 Poush 13. 9. For NCB Works: Pre- Bid Meeting will be -held at the office of Kanakai Municipality on 2083 Ashoj 30 at 1:00 PM. 10. If the last date of bid purchasing and/ or submission falls on government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. 11.
