Pokhara University Teaching Hospital invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Mobile C-Arm Machine under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope procedures specified as per public Procurement Act and Regulations. 2. Detail of bid security and bid validity period are as specified in the following table. Bidder who chooses to submit cash bid security, should deposit in the following account as specified below. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Pokhara University Teaching Hospital at 13:00 PM on August 31, 2026 (Bhadra 15, 2083). 6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Pokhara University Teaching Hospital through PPMO’s e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 (local time) on September 11, 2026 (Bhadra 26, 2083). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hour (Local Time) on September 11, 2026 (Bhadra 26, 2083) at the office of Pokhara University Teaching Hospital. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than above mentioned table amount which shall be valid for at least 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
