Fre-bid meeting shall be held on 2026-!A-L6 at L4:00 in Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar, Morang. 5. Hard copy bids must be submitted to the Koshi Hospital Biratnagar, Morang on or before 12:O'0:oh 2026-10-,28. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. l'he bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 2A26-70-28 atthe office'of Koshi Hospitol Biratnag$r, Morang. 7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be of accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum NPR 9Z,OOO.OO (Ninty Two thousand only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8. lf the last" date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shail be considered as the last date. ln such cdse the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified forthe original last date of bid submission.
