Procurement Section, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi Date of publication: 2083/02/29 (12/06/2026) Invitation for Bids No: NCB-10/GBIA/082-83 Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Authority office (GBIACAQ) has received a budget from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal towards the cost of “Troubleshooting and maintenance of different faulty AGL series circuit (RCLL,REDL and TEDL) and supply and delivery of spare parts for RTILs/SFL and other accessories.” and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for “Troubleshooting and Maintenance of different faulty AGL series circuit (RCLL,REDL and TEDL) and supply and delivery of spare parts for RTILs/SFL and other accessories.”, NCB-10/GBIA/082-83. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in 377 Clause 4 (Eligible Bidders). Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of “Troubleshooting and Maintenance of different faulty AGL series circuit (RCLL,REDL and TEDL) and supply and delivery of spare parts for RTILs/SFL and other accessories.”, NCB-10/GBIA/082-83 under National competitive bidding — Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded for e-submission from PPMO's e- GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, and shall be submited electronically. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, shall deposit the cost of bidding document of NRs. 3,390/- (Three Thousand Three Hundred And Ninety Rupees only) [non-refundable] in the following account of GBIACAO as specified below. Office Account no.: 1090100064917001 Account Type: Revenue Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Electrical Section / Procurement Unit, Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi at 13:00pm dated 2083/03/09 (23 Jun, 2026). Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 pm on 2083/03/19 (03 July, 2026). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00pm 2083/03/19 (03 July, 2026) at the office of Electrical Section / Procurement Unit, Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs, 1,25,000/- (One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Rupees only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 2083/07/17. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
