Sealed bids (Hard Copy only) must be submitted by hand/courier on or before 12:00 Hrs on 2083/06/28 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. If the last date of purchase and/or submission falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered the last date, and the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 7. Bid Securit (Bank Guarantees) previously submitted through the 3P System shall remain valid, provided they remain valid for 120 days from the bid-submission deadline specified herein. Bid Security shall be submitted with the Technical Bid as a mandatory document. 8.
