2 Government of Nepal ee) Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation , ~~ है Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) ई hes टर Tahachal, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal Sa Tel.: +977-01-4598013/14 Notice for Demand Collection of Solar Powered System from Government & Community Hospitals Date of Notice Publication: 9 September 2026 Final Date of Application Submission: 24 September 2026 Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC) has been executing a project: “Promotion of Solar Energy in Rural and Semi-urban Regions-I” with financial cooperation from German Development Cooperation through KFW. AEPC hereby requests application from the government & community hospitals interested in installing the Solar Powered System to ensure reliable energy for their critical loads and reduce dependency on fossil fuel. The support will be only for standardized system size 20 kWp for smaller hospitals and 40 kWp for medium- sized hospitals. The application form, including eligibility criteria, can be downloaded from AEPC website: www.aepc.gov.np Interested and eligible hospitals are requested to submit the demand application along with the supporting documents to hospitalsolardemand@gmail. com or to the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal not later than final date of the application submission. The selection and implementation of the projects shall be carried out subject to the availability of the budget. AEPC reserves the right to accept or reject the submitted application without assigning any reason. Any queries regarding the application process will be responded through telephone or E-mail.
