Scope of 1.1 The Purchaser stated in the BDS for the procurement of Goods as Works detailed in attached specifications, drawings and the bill of quantities provided herein. Eligible Bidder 2.1 This Invitation for Bids is open to all registered Suppliers with eligibility criteria specified in BDS. a) Firm/Company Registration Certificate b) VAT and PAN Registration Certificates c) Tax Clearance Certificate or Evidence of Time Extension or Tax return submission evidence for the Fiscal Year 2082/083 d) Business registration certificate/licence (if required) e) Power of Attorney to sign the Sealed Quotation f) JV Agreement, or a letter of intent to enter into JV, signed by all legally authorized signatories of all the parties to the existing or intended JV, in case of Sealed Quotation is submitted from JV.Other g) Other Documents as needed as specified in BDS 2.2 A bidder declared blacklisted and ineligible by the GoN, Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO), by a competent authority under the prevailing law for failure to repay loan disbursed by bank or financial institution, and/or the DP in case of DP funded project, shall be ineligible to bid for a contract during the period of time determined by the GoN, PPMO, the competent authority and/or the DP. 3.
