The Securities Board of Nepal invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Firewall, Layer 3 Manageable Switch and Layer 2 Manageable Switch under National competitive bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. 2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document. 3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Securities Board of Nepal, Khumaltar, Lalitipur as well as in official Website of Securities Board of Nepal "sebon.gov.np" . 4. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from official Website Securities Board of Nepal "sebon.gov.np" as well as available in office of Securities Board of Nepal. The cost of Bidding Document is Rs. 3000/- and Price of the document can be deposited in the following bank. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Securities Board of Nepal at 1:00 PM, on 2083/05/31 day 6. Hard Copy of Bid must be submitted at the of Management Section of Securities Board of Nepal on or before 12 PM on 2083/06/12. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM, on 2083/06/12 at the office of Securities Board of Nepal, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of NRs 1,40,000/- which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 9. Securities Board of Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the sealed quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
