Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at 11:00 AM, 2083/07/11 (October 28, 2026) for sealed bid only at the Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun. 5. Sealed Quotation or sealed bids must be submitted to Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun by hand before 12:00 PM on 2083/07/12 (October 29, 2026) for sealed quotation and 2083/07/18 (November 4, 2026) for sealed bid. Quotations and bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM, 2083/07/12 (October 29, 2026) for sealed quotation and 2083/07/18 (November 4, 2026) for sealed bid at the Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun. Bids must be valid for a period of 75 days for quotation and 90 days for bid and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (ie 120 days for bid and 105 days for quotation) 7. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. 9. Any intimidation, collusion and curtailing during bidding process shall be punishable by law. 10.
