The Vyas Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of under mentioned works under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. 2. Bidder must submit their bids electronically, may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at 11:00 AM, 2083/03/17 (1st July, 2026) at the Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun. 5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 PM on 2083/03/24 (8th July, 2026). 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM, 2083/03/24 (8th July, 2026) at the Vyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahun. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e 120 days) 7. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8. The bidders who submitted their bids electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO’s website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp may submit hard copy of not later than 8 days of the opening of bids,i.e.; before 2082/07/16 (2nd November, 2025). 9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. 10. Any intimidation, collusion and curtailing during bidding process shall be punishable by law. 11. Other matters regarding the bidding process should be as per prevailing law of Government of Nepal.
