Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing 0) the Technical Bid and the other (४) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document. 3. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Gokammeshwor Municipality, Jorpati Kathmandu by hand/Courier/ Postal Service (Hulak Sewa) on or before 2083/07/09 at 12.00 Noon. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 2083/07/09 at 1:00 PM at the office of Gokarneshwor Municipality, Jorpasi Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and mmst be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of a2 mentioned in table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. (Le, Minimum of 120 days).
