Sealed bids (Hard Copy/ Hand Bids) must be submitted to the office Chhathar Jorpati Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Jorpati, Dhankuta by hand/courier on or before 12:00 hour Noon till 2083-07-11 (October 28, 2026). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2083-07-11 (October 28, 2026) on Time: 1:00 PM (NST) at the office of Chhathar Jorpati Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Jorpati, Dhankuta. Bids must be valid for a Period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 5,20,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid [ie. 2083-11-12 (February 24, 2027)]. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Any additional matter not covered herein shall be governed by the prevailing provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with Second Amendment) and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with Sixteen Amendment).
