Sealed quotation must be submitted to the office Rautamai Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Bhutar, Udayapur, Koshi Province, Nepal by hardcopy on or before 12:00 noon on 2026-10-14. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 noon on 2026- 10-15 at the office of Rautamai Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Bhuttar, Udayapur, Koshi Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NPR. 52000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e.29 December, 2026.
