Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders! representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on 04 Mansir 2083 at the office of Nepal A.P.F.Hospital Procurement Section Balambu, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by original copy of the bid security amounting to a minimum below mentioned respective colum, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 2083/12/05, 19- March 2027) If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
