Bidding is open to all eligible National Bidders. The estimated amount for the works is NRs. 5,247,798.34 (Exclusive of VAT and PS). Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of Provincial Hospital, Bhadrapur (PHB), Jhapa. Complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased from the office of PHB, Jhapa during office hours on all working days by eligible bidders from 5 October 2026 onwards on the submission of a Written Application, copies of Firm/Institution Registration & PAN/VAT Registration Certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 to the Bank Account (Name of Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bhadrapur Branch, Jhapa, Name of Office: Provincial Hospital, Bhadrapur, Koshi, Jhapa, Revenue Account No: 1000100200010000, Office Code: 3700212011, Revenue head: 14229) and original voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Application. The Bidding Document is available for sale till 29 October 2026 during office hours. Interested Bidders are required to submit the Sealed Bids to the office of PHB, Jhapa manually (mail/hand/courier) on or before 2:00 P.M. on 30 October 2026, where the e-submission option is not available for this task. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. Submitted Sealed Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 30 October 2026 at the office of PHB, Jhapa. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the date of Bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 130,000.00, which shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (ic. Valid up to a minimum of 26 February 2027).
