Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in ITB Clause 4 (Eligible Bidders) ‘The bidder may submit the bid for any single or multiple or all packages as mentioned in the table below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Bid Security and other criteria need to be fulfilled accordingly. Evaluation will be made for each package, and contract will be awarded based on evaluation criteria. Pre-Bid meeting shall be held at PHB, Jhapa at 11:00 A.M. on 15 October 2026. Interested Bidders are required to submit the Sealed Bids to the office of PHB, Jhapa manually (mail/hand/courier) on or before 2:00 P.M. on 29 October 2026, where the e-submission option is not available for this task. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted. Submitted Sealed Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 29 October 2026 at the office of PHB, Jhapa. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of Bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum, as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (ie. Valid up to a minimum of 25 February 2027), If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Dharauti Account No.: 2210100202030000, Account Name: Pradesh Lekha Ikai Karyalaya and should be deposited in the Name of Provincial Hospital, Bhadrapur, Jhapa at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bhadrapur Branch, Jhapa.
