Acomplete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application along with a copy of the Company/Firm Registration Certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 till 2083/07/19 during office hours in the Project's Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below the account as specified below. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati at 13:00 hours 2083/07/12. 5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati by hand/courier/hulak sewa on or before 12:00 hours on 2083/07/20. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2083/07/20 at the office of Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 120 days from the bid submission deadline).
