Sealed must be submitted to the office of Dordi Rural Municipality by hand/courier before 12:00 hrs on 6th November 2026 for NCB and November 3, 2026 for SQ. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs 6th November 2026 for NCB and before 12:00 hrs on November 3, 2026 for SQ at the office of Dordi Rural Municipality, Nauther Sera, Lamjung. 7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8. Matters not covered here will be as per Public Procurement Act, 2063, Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, subsequent ordinances and latest amendments.
