Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7 The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders'representatives who choose to attend at l3:00 hrs. on 2083/07/18 at the office of Armed Police Force, Nepal Welfare Service Center, Halchowk Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum below mentioned respective column, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 2053/li/tg (3d Marci 2027). 8 If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a public holiday applicable to purchaser, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
